CHAPEL HILL — Cross country teams from Forrest, Marshall County, and Cornersville high schools competed in their last regular season meet at Henry Horton on Thursday.
Before the clock started, seniors from each team were recognized.
Seniors from Cornersville who were recognized were Caleb White and Carter Neat; Forrest seniors recognized were Abby Davenport and Jaedyn Stalnecker; Marshall County seniors recognized were Kendall Adams, Connor Jones, Alex Martinez Patino, and Aliyah Wennker
Aydan Cook from Marshall County took first place overall with a time of 19:25, while Forrest’s Jaedyn Stalnecker, who has won all four years, took the first place spot in the girls division with a time of 21:02.
The Marshall County boys and girls teams both took first place.
