Mrs. Ethelene Malone Ervin, 88, of Shelbyville, passed away July 20, 2021, in Brentwood, under the loving care and comfort of her family, the staff of Elmcroft at Brentwood, and Caris Healthcare.
Funeral will be at 11 AM Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Lance Bennett will officiate, with burial to follow in Old Orchard Cemetery in Petersburg.
The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born August 4, 1932, in Marshall County, to the late Rufus and Clara Prosser Malone. She was retired from Champion Horse Equipment and a faithful member of Fairlane Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde G. Ervin, brother and sisters, Clayton Malone, Marjorie Wakefield, Joyce Vore, Betty Joan Thompson, and Linda Peek.
Survivors include sisters, Daisy (Ronald) Hamlin, of Brentwood, and Geneva Guilliams, of St. Charles, MO.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements.
