Jerry Knox Murdock, 82, of Lewisburg, TN, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at Maury County Regional Health Center.

He was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Johnny Morgan Murdock and Elizabeth Street Murdock. He was Co-owner of M & W Trucking.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Cathey Murdock; daughter, Cathey Talley Sweeney of Lebanon; son, Mark Jason Murdock of Louisville, KY; sister, Donna Giles of Cornersville; brother, Doug Murdock of Clinton, TN; two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, at 1 p.m. at Bethlehem Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at London Funeral Home and Crematory, 324 W. Church St., Lewisburg, TN.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilson County CASA, 111 Castle Heights Ave., Lebanon, TN 37087.
