Larry Price Dunaway of Town Creek, Alabama, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021, in Chapel Hill, TN. He was born on July 1, 1942, in Lewisburg, Tennessee and was 78 years old.
Larry was retired from the Army National Guard after 23 years of service and retired from Heil Quaker/ICP.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 1 p.m. at the Diana Cemetery with full military honors.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Sue Holley Dunaway; his parents Price and Margaret Hobbs Dunaway, brother Dwight Dunaway, and sister Imogene Street.
He is survived by his daughters; Sandy (Mike) Shultz of Chapel Hill, Tennessee; Debbie (Steve) Meuli of Charleston, South Carolina; and Lisa (Perry) Norton of Chapel Hill; step-son, Bradley (Candy) Oglesby of Salisbury, Maryland; sisters, Sandra Woodard and Connie (Bob) Prosser; and nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Wounded Warriors organization.
Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
