• Westhills Elementary is having a Holiday Bazaar, Nov. 21, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendors are needed; spaces are available. There will also be a chili cook-off contest. If interested, call 931-359-3909. There will be crafts, food, gifts, motorcycle and car show.

• Marshall County Art Guild will have their Christmas Bazaar, Nov 21. If you are interested in having a booth, call Anna at 931-359-3918.

• The Tennessee Recovery Project provides FREE resource connections to TN residents impacted by COVID-19. Help is free and confidential. Call 888-460-4351 for more information or if you are interested in this worthy project.

• Nov 5 - The Town of Cornersville will have its regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Nov. 5 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall in Cornersville. This meeting is open to the public and all citizens are welcome to attend. Attendees are encouraged to wear masks.

• Nov 8 - First Assembly of God, 1191 W Ellington Pkwy., is having a dedication service to celebrate the newly remodeled sanctuary. This will be Sunday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. The guest speaker will be Martha Tennison.

• Nov 9 - The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Chapel Hill will hold a Public Hearing Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall. All are welcome to attend.

• Nov 10 - The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold their regular monthly meeting, Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street. The public may view the meeting live by going to www.lewisburgtn.gov selecting public notices, click view live stream.

• Nov 11 - The office of Town Hall in Cornersville will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 11th in observance of Veterans Day. The office will re-open on Thursday, Nov. 12th at the regular hour of 7:30 a.m.

• Nov 11 - The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities at 624 West Commerce Street, will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. The office will reopen Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 8 a.m.

• Nov 12 - MARSHALL COUNTY ONLY! There will be a Commodity Food Distribution for Marshall County on Thursday, Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. located at Hopetown, 330 5th Avenue North. The distribution is DRIVE UP/THROUGH ONLY. Clients are to stay in their vehicle with the window rolled up. Please have your Commodity printout OR your I.D. (to show you live in the Marshall County area) to present through your window. Staff will place the food in the trunk of the clients vehicle. • Nov 16 - Lewisburg Gas Dept. Monthly Board Meeting will be Nov. 16 at 4 p.m., 505 N Ellington Pkwy.

• Nov 16 - The Lewisburg Recreation Board will hold their regular meeting Monday, Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. at the Lewisburg Recreation Center, 1551 Mooresville Hwy.

• Nov 19 - The South Central Human Resource Agency Head Start/Early Head Start Policy Council meeting will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 19, virtually through Microsoft Teams. • Nov 21 - Christmas Bazaar at the Marshall County High School, Nov. 21, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be a large variety of baked goods; concessions all day; many vendors with a variety of items.

• Nov 24 - The Community Development Board of the City of Lewisburg will hold their regular meeting Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 12 p.m., at the Historic 1st Ave. Building, 207 1st Ave. North.

• Nov 30 - Lewisburg Electric System’s Board of Public Utilities will hold their November Board Meeting on Monday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. The meeting will be held at the LES office, 599 W. Ellington Pkwy. The meeting is open to the public.
