Melba Park Hopkins, 99, of Lewisburg, died Friday, April 22, 2022, at Rutherford Memory Care in Murfreesboro.
She was a native of the Ostella Community, the daughter of the late H.L. Park and Eunice Cullom Park. She was retired from Teledyne and a member of the Church Street Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe L. Chapman; second husband, Walter Henry Hopkins; brothers, Lovell, Lyndell, Will Jay and Vernon. She is survived by her daughter, Josephine Bills of Murfreesboro; step-daughter, Kathy Clemmons of Florida; sister, Maugerite Powell of Baytown, TX; granddaughters, Bonnie Mullican and Patricia Apple.
Graveside services were conducted Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10 a.m. in the Gills-Chapel Cemetery and burial followed.
There was be no visitation with the family prior to the service.
London Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with the arrangements.
