04-24-2007 - LEWISBURG -- Cedar Ridge Landfill in Marshall County may eventually get to use an 11-acre section of its repository for solid waste because of an 11-7 vote Monday night by county commissioners here. Cox was scheduled this morning to consider arguments on a request from County Mayor Joe Boyd Liggett for interpretation of a 1999 contract on Cedar Ridge Landfill because its operators want to expand.
