The Shelbyville man charged with robbing a Lewisburg convenience store clerk at knife-point last summer was indicted Wednesday by Marshall County's Grand Jury. The Bedford County man who pleaded guilty of rustling cattle that were recovered at a Mooresville-area farm was handed an effective sentence of 30 years on Monday. The City of Winchester announces its’ sponsorship of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Traveling Wall that will be in Winchester City Park this weekend. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Moving Wall arrived Wednesday afternoon at the Winchester City Park in between the Citizens Pavilion and Tims Ford Lake. The Dairy Research and Education Center (Dairy Experiment Station) was abuzz with activity Friday, Sept. 28 as the Farm Bureau Women hosted the annual County-wide Farm Day for Marshall County’s fourth graders.
