Campbell signs with Lindsey Wilson Blue Raiders
From left are, Shawna Rowan, Marcellus Campbell, and Donathan Campbell at Marshall County High School on Wednesday for National Signing Day. Marcellus Campbell, who played wide receiver and cornerback for the Tigers joins a bevy of local athletes, who also signed with the Columbia, Kentucky NAIA program. Some of the local players signed are, Michael Burdick (Page), Tre Davidson and Anderson Porter (Columbia Academy), and CJ Bryant, Dre Garrett, and KJ Zeigler from Giles County. On defense for the Tigers, Campbell had eight career interceptions, 127 tackles (5TFL), one caused fumble, and one blocked field goal. On offense, Campbell had 21 receptions for 409 yards and four touchdowns.
