Abigail Wolfe and Carly Garner each registered an assist for Columbia Academy as well. CA goaltender Anna Grace Wolfe finished with eight saves overall.

Amala Elder and Gloria Palma scored one goal apiece for the Lady Bulldogs. Midfielder Anna Claire Foster paced CHS with four shot attempts, while Elder and Ashley Orr both took two shots. Palma and Marilyn Guzman also attempted one shot apiece for Cornersville. Lady Bulldog goaltender Hope Taylor recorded 14 saves in the contest.
Early lead
Cornersville surprised Columbia Academy at the start of the match, as Palma scored in the 11th minute to give CHS a 1-0 advantage. After Elder made a run down the right side of the field, Anna Grace Wolfe came out of the net and knocked the ball away from Elder, but Palma alertly chased down the rebound and fired a shot just inside the far post.
The Lady Bulldogs lead would be short lived, as Green lined a 15-yard shot into the left hand corner of the net in the 12th minute to tie the game at 1-1 after running down a loose ball in the center of the field.
CA then pulled ahead 2-1 in the 14th minute when Gillespie lofted a shot over Taylor's outstretched arms from the top of the goalie box before DeJarnette fired a low, skidding shot into the left corner of the net in the 20th minute to give Columbia Academy a 3-1 advantage.
Elder narrowed the gap to 3-2 in the 22nd minute by making a run down the middle of the field and lacing a shot into the left corner of the net, but Gillespie rifled a shot just underneath the top post of the Cornersville goal in the 23rd minute to stretch CA's lead to 4-2.
CA keeps going
After DeJarnette lofted a shot over Taylor's head in the 26th minute to make it 5-2, Chambley stole the ball from a CHS player and hammered home a close range shot in the 29th minute to stake Columbia Academy to a 6-2 advantage.
Green then punctuated CA's first half explosion by making a run down the middle of the field and blasting a shot into the left corner of the net to push Columbia Academy's lead to 7-2.
In the second half, DeJarnette lined a shot just underneath the top post of the Cornersville goal in the 42nd minute to give CA a 8-2 advantage before Hughes chipped in a close range shot in the 58th minute to extend Columbia Academy's lead to 9-2 after receiving a nice pass from Chambley in front of the net.
Chambley then capped CA's 10-2 triumph by redirecting a corner kick by Garner into the back of the net in the 69th minute.
