• Nov 1 - The Town of Cornersville will have its regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall in Cornersville. This meeting is open to the public and all citizens are welcome to attend.
• Nov 4 - The Marshall County Historical Society will meet Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the historical museum in Hardison Annex, 230 College Street. The guest speaker will be noted author, storyteller, educator, and American Civil War re-enactor, Barbara G. Marthal. The meeting is open to the public
