Thefts and vandalism reported
* Between 3 and 11:30 p.m. April 3 someone broke into a home on Bear Creek Road and took a 42-inch Samsung flatscreen TV, a 42-inch Phillips flatscreen TV, an LG blue-ray player, 200 DVDs, an Acer laptop, a Kodak camera, 20 firearms (handguns, rifles and a shotgun), and an unknown quantity of ammunition. Total value of the missing items was estimated at $19,185.
* A Lewisburg woman reported to police she had received multiple phone calls and voicemails stating she owed $8,000 and would be arrested if she didn't pay. The caller would not reveal his name or the name of his company. He knew the last four digits of the woman's Social Security number, where she worked, and who her manager was.
* A Lewisburg man who was arrested and charged with domestic assault returned home to find someone had removed two tires from his car, put rocks into the oil compartment of the engine, and taken tools from the trunk. Two rings and a collection of 500 DVDs were missing from his home. Total value of the stolen items was estimated at $4,860, while the cost of repairing the car could be $2,000.
* Betweem 8 p.m. April 7 and 1 p.m. April 8, someone took a red 2005 Honda 400 LTX four-wheeler with black wheels from the carport of a home on Derrick Road, Chapel Hill. Owner estimated the four-wheeler is worth $4,000.
* Between 5 p.m. April 4 and the next morning, a green iPod nano Generation II, a Sony X series digital SLR camera, a black Northface jacket, and a black Garmin runners watch were taken from an unlocked car parked at the owner's home on Woods Avenue South. Total value of the missing items was estimated at $950.
* A Chapel Hill man reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department his black miniature pinscher dog had been injured by the neighbor's dogs while he was away from home. The veterinarian's bill for treating the dog was $730.
* Between March 29 and April 7, a metal scalding box and a roll of fence wire, worth a total of $500, were taken from a property on Robin Hood Road. A neighbor said he saw a blue and white truck leaving the property with a load of metal on April 5.
* On April 3, a Chapel Hill woman came home and found a black BMW in her driveway. The car drove away and she thought it was someone just turning around until she found the back door of her house had been kicked in. A Kindle Fire, two jewelry boxes and jewelry, and four autographed baseballs were missing, and so was a pillowcase from the bed. Total value of the missing items is over $450.
* An Android laptop worth $300 was reported missing by a resident of Summit Apartments after he allowed an acquaintance to sleep on his couch the night of March 31-April 1. The acquaintance, who says he's homeless, denied taking the laptop when questioned by Lewisburg Police Officer Anthony McLean.
* During the night between April 4 and 5, a Garmin GPS worth $179 and nine diet pills worth $20 were taken from an unlocked car parked in the driveway of the owner's home on West Cedar Street.
* Between 6:10 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. April 5, a green and gray Next brand bike worth $100 was taken from the back porch of a home on John Barnes Road.
* About 8 p.m. April 1, a man took a bottle of Wathen's Kentucky Bourbon, worth $34.28, at By-Pass Liquor, and left without paying. The clerk described the man to police and said he left in an older model light blue utility vehicle, according to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Amanda Binkley.
* A counterfeit $10 bill was found in the deposit from Shell Mart when it was counted at First Commerce Bank on April 1.

* Jonathan R. Osbon, 27, Columbia. Bond: $10,500; court date: May 7.
Turned himself in on a criminal summons for vandalism
* Ashton Darnell, 20, Phillips Street. Court date not stated. Darnell admitted running over two mailboxes.
Arrested and charged with domestic assault and three counts of aggravated assault
* Lane D. McCracken, 26, Haynes Street. Bond: $23,500; court date: May 6. According to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Jennifer McDonald, McCracken had an argument with his wife, and then, armed with a baseball bat and a knife, had an altercation with three neighbors. "McCracken denied having any confrontation with anyone and stated that officers on scene created lies about him," McDonald reported.
Arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault and vandalism
* Jimmy Dewayne Lentz, 38, Heil Avenue. Bond: $4,000; court date: May 6. Lentz broke all the windows of a former girlfriend's car, broke the glass front door of her home, ruined a heater by pouring milk into it, and threw a kitchen knife which lodged in her living room wall, according to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Amanda Binkley. Cost of repairing all the damage was estimated at $840.
Arrested and charged with domestic assault
* Sylvester Crum, 49, Franklin Road. Held without bond for court on May 13. Crum was charged with violating his bond conditions because while he was still in the booking room at Marshall County Jail he phoned his victim and threatened to kill her when he got out of jail, according to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Mike Davis.
* Michelle M. Danford, 48, Cheryl Drive. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 13.
* Joshua M. Reilly, 21, Walnut Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 13.
Arrested and charged with driving under the influence
* Charles Grady Estes, 29, Cornersville. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 7. Also cited for expired registration, expired wheel tax, failure to provide proof of insurance, and violation of the open container law. This is allegedly Estes' second DUI.

* Larry D. Reeves Jr., 42, Thomas Street. Bond: $500; court date: May 6.
* Robert L. Moore, 52, Long Distance Road. Bond: $500; court date: May 6.
