As the result of executing a search warrant at a home on Green Valley Drive on June 10, the following arrests were made:

Assisted by Lewisburg police dog Roccon, Ragsdale, Detectives James Johnson and Santiago McKlean, Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy Mauro Edwards, and MCSD Detectives Jimmy Oliver and Tony Nichols searched the house. Roccon found Wright and Gooch in a bedroom.
The two men were asked if they knew the whereabouts of Tankersley and "They both stated they had not seen or heard from Tankersley in months," reported Edwards.
Tankersley was later found in a crawl space at the house.
The search warrant was issued by Judge Lee Bowles, after Edwards made affidavit to her he had looked for Tankersley at the Green Valley Drive address on May 22 and 28, after receiving the state parole-violation warrant. Edwards also stated he spoke to family members, but they refused to help law enforcement find Tankersley, who was paroled on Dec. 9. 2009, after serving part of 12-year sentence that began in July 2005.
