* Jeffrey L. Allen Jr., 22, Cornersville Highway. Bond: $16,500; court date: Aug. 27. Also cited for speeding and traffic control violation (failed to stop at a stop sign).
Thefts and vandalism reported
* A Lewisburg woman reported to police she ordered three iPhones from Sprint, two white and one black, worth a total of $1,500. According to postal service records, the package containing the phones was delivered to the woman's address on July 12, but it was not there when she got home.
* A Lewisburg man reported to police someone hacked into his email account and sent messages stating he and his family were on vacation in the Philippines and had their cash, credit cards, and cell phones stolen. The messages requested friends and family members to send $1,200 by Western Union to an address in the Philippines. The victim found out and notified recipients the email was false before any money was sent.
* Ten Percocet, valued at $100, and $600 cash were stolen from a shop on Nashville Highway on July 17, and a Samsung DVD recorder, worth $200, was taken from the victim's truck, which was parked outside the shop.
* In the early hours of July 17, a large rock was thrown through the passenger window of a 1998 Dodge truck parked at the owner's home on Woodlawn Avenue. An iPod and a work bag, worth a total of $500, were missing from the truck, and the window will cost $250 to replace.
* A Lewisburg woman reported to police her daughter's ex-boyfriend had stolen the cell phone her daughter was using, but which she, the mother, was paying for. Her total loss was $500 for the phone, and $106 in service charges.
* Between 8 a.m. July 10 and 8 a.m. July 14, someone took a Glock 27 .40 caliber pistol and two magazines, nine .40 caliber hollow point rounds, and a black Serpa holster from under the driver's seat of the victim's pickup truck. Total value of the missing items is $600.
* While checking his account, a Lewisburg man discovered his Navy Federal Credit Union debit card had been used to make purchases totaling $443.13. The card was in the victim's possession at the time the transactions were made; indicating that the card number, security number and expiration date had been acquired by the thief.
* A Lewisburg woman's white iPhone 4 in a pink and gray OtterBox case, worth a total of $430, went missing after she had been shopping at Goodwill. The phone could have been stolen from the victim's shopping cart.
* Between 6:50 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. July 15, a black and yellow Cub Cadet lawn mower, worth $350, was stolen from the back yard of a home on Hillsdale Street.
* Between 12:30 and 11 a.m. July 16, someone took a black Nike gym bag from the owner's 2007 Chevy truck while it was parked at his home on Woods Avenue North. The bag and its contents are worth a total of $280. In the bag were a black workout belt, Millennium tanning lotion, black wrist wraps, and a pair of Harbinger workout gloves.
* Between Sunday night, July 14, and Monday morning, July 15, a white and brown Mongoose bicycle, worth $200, was stolen from a home on Limestone Avenue. The bike has a torn seat, foot pegs on the back, and five-star wheels.
* Between 7 p.m. July 16 and noon July 17, a Pro bicycle, worth $139, was taken from where it was parked near the porch of a home on Rutledge Lane. The bike is black with blue wheels and a black and blue seat.
* On July 16, a 2005 Dodge Neon was broken into while it was parked at the owner's home on College Street. A purse containing a wallet with pictures, a pair of sunglasses, a pack of cigarettes, a cigarette lighter, and a cell-phone charger, worth a total of $100, were taken from the car.
* During the morning of July 15, someone tried to break in to a home on Maple Street. Police were shown damage to the front door knob, and pry marks on the screens of front and back windows. The damage will cost an estimated $90 to repair.
* Between 5:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. July 19, a cigarette case, worth $20, containing $14 cash, disappeared from where it was left on a table on the front porch of a home on Cummings Circle.
* A counterfeit $10 bill was found at First Commerce Bank on July 11, when employees were counting the night deposit.
* Between 7 a.m. July 16 and 7 a.m. July 17, someone made two 6-inch cuts in a pool in the back yard of a home on Warner Road. Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy Mauro Edwards' report did not put a dollar value on the damage to the pool.
* According to reports by Lewisburg Police Officers Dac Burrow and Clyde Ragsdale, two residents of Village Manor have been tricked into disclosing bank account and other personal information by callers stating they represented Visa. It was unclear from the reports whether the victims had lost money from their bank accounts, or had unauthorized purchases made with their credit or debit cards.

Arrested and charged with domestic assault
* James E. McCullough, 65, West Commerce Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: Aug. 19. The next day, McCullough went back to the house, thus violating bond conditions that required him to stay away from his victim, according to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Mike Davis. McCullough is now held without bond until his court date, and has additional charges: violation of bond conditions, theft over $500, and domestic assault.
