* Benjamin L. Ingram, 38, White Drive. Bond: $1,500; court date: Oct. 14. Also cited for not wearing a seat belt. This is allegedly Ingram's third DUI.
* Robert A. Ryan, 62, Martin Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: Sept. 16. Also cited for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to maintain lane. This is allegedly Ryan's second DUI.

Thefts and vandalism reported
* A Copeland compressor, worth $1,300, was stolen from the central heat and air unit of a home on Glenn Avenue sometime between Aug. 19 and 22. The serial number of the compressor is 05K28607H.
* Between 11 and 11:30 p.m. Aug. 21, all four tires of a Lewisburg man's car were punctured while the vehicle was parked at Marshall Place Apartments while the owner visited a friend. The tires will cost $500 to replace.
* Between Aug. 14 and 19, someone pried open the main entry door of the concession stand at 808 Spring Place Road and took $445.20 worth of pizzas, hamburgers, hot dogs, and assorted candy.
* A golf ball went through the back passenger side window of a Franklin woman's car while it was parked on Oakwood Drive. The window will cost $300 to replace.
* A woman who owns an unoccupied duplex on Villa Green Drive reported to police someone has been traveling through the attic and getting into her side of the house through the drop ceiling, as well as "carding" the front door to get in. Cost of repairing the damage to the door casing and the sheet rock is estimated at $70.
* On Aug. 20, a resident of White Drive came home to find a dent near her front door handle, as if someone had tried to pry the door open. The door will cost an estimated $60 to repair.
* Between Aug. 20 and 21, someone cut the screen of a rear window at a home on 2nd Avenue North. The screen will cost an estimated $50 to replace.
* Between 9 p.m. Aug. 20 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 21, a sable German shepherd dog went missing from a fenced yard on West End Avenue North. "The gate was still locked, but since it was a double gate, it could be separated by pushing it open," reported Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy Jerry Harden, who stated the owner thought the dog had been stolen. Harden's report did not place a monetary value on the dog.
