Arrested on a bench warrant from Circuit Court

* Lillian E. Scott, 53, Mt. Pleasant. Bond: $15,000; court date: Nov. 20. Charges: sale and delivery of a controlled substance.

Arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of stolen property

* David W. Burden, 31, Verona Caney Road. Bond: $14,500; court date: Nov. 5. During a domestic assault, Burden allegedly threatened his victim with a loaded handgun, which turned out to have been stolen in Nashville.

Arrested and charged with driving under the influence

* James Woods, 51, Meadow Street. Bond: $4,000; court date: Jan. 21. Additional charge: driving on a revoked license. This is allegedly Woods' fourth DUI, and the fourth time he has been charged with driving on a revoked license.

Arrested and charged with public intoxication

* Dwight K. Davis, 50, Franklin Road. Bond: $500; court date: Dec. 2.

* Bobby Emler, 47, 4th Avenue North. Bond: $500; court date: Dec. 2.

* Deangela Z. Osman, 45, Maple Street. Bond: $1,500; court date: Dec. 2. Additional charge: resisting arrest.

Thefts and vandalism reported

* On Oct. 28, a red 2012 GMC Terrain which had been stolen in Nashville was found parked on 5th Avenue North. The owner picked up the SUV later the same day.

* On Oct. 28, someone entered a home on Stegall Road and took items worth a total of $3,643. The missing property includes a 50-inch Samsung plasma TV (serial no. Z2Z13CQB513790), an Acer laptop (serial no. 005302064A37200), jewelry boxes and jewelry, Playstation games, a statue, coins, a saddle-shaped purse, Sony headphones, a briefcase full of personal papers, four bottles of alcohol, and six packs of cigarettes.

* On Oct. 30, it was reported someone had knocked down the brick wall in front of St. John Catholic Church, South Ellington Parkway. The wall will cost an estimated $2,000 to replace.

* Between 1 p.m. Oct. 30 and 11 a.m. Nov. 1, $1,500 worth of damage was done to the turnlight, bumper and hood 1998 Mazda while it was parked at Ridgetop Apartments, where the owner lives.

* Between 8 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Oct. 31, $1,500 worth of damage was done to the driver's and back passenger's doors of a woman's 2014 Ford while it was parked at her workplace. The victim gave police the name of an employee she recently suspended, who allegedly posted threats on Facebook.

* Between Oct. 26 and 30, someone took two wrought iron tables, eight wrought iron chairs, and a large black kettle from an unoccupied home on Cochran Cemetery Road. Total value of the missing items is estimated at $1,050.

* A Culleoka man reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department someone stole his US Bank check book from his home office and cashed two of the checks for a total of $900.

* While a Lewisburg woman's Lexus was parked at Walmart between 5 and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29, a long scratch was made on the passenger side door. The door will cost an estimated $400 to repair.

* Between 5 and 8 p.m. Oct. 31, someone pried open the side door of a home on West Commerce Street and took 70 oxycodone pills, 15 metoprolol (blood pressure) pills, and broke the victim's Kindle Fire during the burglary. Total value of the stolen and damaged items was estimated at $342.

* On Oct. 28, while the owner was in the yard picking up pecans, someone entered a home on Cummings Circle and took a .380 pistol, worth $150.

Cited for simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

* Chad D. Riner, 20, Underpass Road. Court date: Dec. 9. Riner was also given a verbal warning by Lewisburg Police Officer Clyde Ragsdale because he was speeding.
