Arrested and charged with theft over $10,000 and resisting arrest

* Cody M. Tanksley, 19, Athens, Ala. Tanksley allegedly stole a 2011 Kia from a Lewisburg woman and wrecked it in a wooded area on Jan. 3.

Arrested and charged with driving under the influence

* Stephanie King, 31, 2nd Avenue. Bond: $2,500; court date: Feb. 3. Also charged with driving on a revoked license and child endangerment (King had her six-week old baby in the back seat). This is allegedly King's second DUI.

* Linda R. Page, 51, Florence Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 3. Also charged with violation of the implied consent law.

Arrested and charged with public intoxication

* Christopher L. Flynt, 30, Old Farmington Road. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 10.

Arrested and charged with domestic assault

* Katherine Isley, 52, Oak Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 3.

* Michael R. Merchant, 48, Saddlewood Drive. Bond: $1,000; court date: Jan. 13.

* Mark A. Arndt, 31, Franklin Road. Bond: $2,500; court date; Jan. 13.

Arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license

* Joseph G. Moore, 40, Haynes Street. Bond: $500; court date: Feb. 10. Cited for failure to provide proof of insurance and lights required on motor vehicles. This is allegedly Moore's third offense of driving on revoked.

* Joseph E. Rohlman, 47, West Commerce Street. Bond: $500; court date: Jan. 28.

Arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license

* Joshua L. Hill, 20, Christiana. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 3. Also cited for failure to provide proof of insurance and running a stop sign. Hill is held without bond on a Maury County warrant.

* Roberto G. Jimenez, 39, Reese Road. Bond: $500; court date; Feb. 3.

* Tyler L. Hart, 18, Adams Road. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 25.

Arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident

* Joseph D. Jernigan, 27, Franklin Pike. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 3. Cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Arrested and charged with driving without a license

* Roberto R. Flores, 29, Hardison Avenue. Bond: $1,500; court date: Feb. 3. Also charged with possession of marijuana and cited for no insurance and no registration.

Arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and no driver's license

* Travis M. Foster, 43, Lexington, Tenn. Bond: $1,500; court date: Feb. 3.

Thefts and vandalism reported

* A Lewisburg woman reported to police she had been the victim of identity theft. A Verizon account was opened in her name in June and closed in October due to non-payment of a bill of $2,308.89 for four phone lines. The account had an address in Brooklyn, N.Y.

* Between Jan. 4 and 5, someone entered an outbuilding at a property in Petersburg and took assorted hand tools and power tools worth a total of $980, as well as a five-pound pork shoulder.

* A Chapel Hill man reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department that after a friend spent the night at his house on Dec. 30 a Verizon flip-top cell phone and two bottles of prescription medicine were missing. Total value of the missing items was estimated at $535.

* Between 3:30 and 11 p.m. Dec. 25, someone took a Nintendo Wii, worth $400, from a home on Wade Road, and broke a glass vase worth $20.

* A Lewisburg man reported his black Taurus .38 caliber revolver, worth $300, was missing after an ex-girlfriend spent some time alone at his house.

* A Lewisburg woman reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department a man in Richmond, Va. had accessed her AT&T account and added four new phone contracts and also increased the gigabyte allowance from three to 10.

* A Lewisburg woman reported to police her Bank of America debit card is missing. The card was last used on Dec. 3, and when she looked for it on Jan. 2 she was unable to find it.

* Michael Bryant, 51, Chance Avenue. Court date: Feb. 3. Also cited for speeding.

* Zachary J. Sullivan, 22, Nashville Highway. Court date: Feb. 3. Also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Deanna J. McFarlin, 19, Verona Caney Road. Court date: Jan. 13. Also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* John D. Weaver, 45, Woods Avenue South. Bond: $500; court date: Feb. 3.
