Daughrity bags 12-pointer
Chapel Hill’s Lance Daughrity (15) tracked his prey for an extended period of time before completing the kill Saturday evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. when his aim was true with his bow as an arrow took down the 12-point buck in northern Marshall County during the three-day Archery, Private Lands Only, Antlered Only Hunt. Daughrity shot the deer from 20 yards out and his trophy scored a 145 on the Pope/Young scale.
