The Marshall County Amateur Radio Society will hold its next monthly meeting on Sunday, December 18th, at 2:00 PM, in the conference room of the Marshall County Office of Emergency Management at the Hardison Office Annex, 230 College Street, in Lewisburg. Coffee and a snack will be provided following the business portion of the meeting.

The club will celebrate Christmas after refreshments are served. All members are asked to bring a list of the ham radio goodies they want from Santa Claus for Christmas. Please don't bring the entire catalog and keep the list to under $10,000!

Amateur radio operators and anyone with an interest in "ham" radio and emergency preparation are invited and welcome to attend. The club is affiliated with ARRL -- the National Association of Amateur Radio. Talk-in to the meeting will be available on the Lewisburg 146.625 amateur radio repeater. For additional information on the Marshall County Amateur Radio Society or on "ham" radio, please contact Stephan Anderman, K2SMA, at 931-993-5800, or by e-mail to k2sma@arrl.net.
