Mrs. Jeanette Fuller, age 91, of the Palmetto Community of Marshall Co., died Monday, October 3, 2022. Born in Marshall Co., Mrs. Fuller was a daughter of the late Joseph William Alford, Sr. and Ruth Gates Alford. She was the widow of Gordon Edward Fuller, Sr. who died in 2011. Mrs. Fuller was the owner of the Sears store in Lewisburg for many years. She was a member of and very active in the Farmington United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Phil Fuller; son-in-law, Bernie Todd; a sister, Florence Wallace; 2 brothers, Dr. Joseph William Alford, Jr. and Madison Alford.
Survived by her daughter, Peggy Fuller Todd of Dacula, GA; her son, Eddie Fuller of the Palmetto Community of Marshall Co.; 3 grandchildren, Jenny (Steve) Gerbig of Dacula, GA, Richie Todd of New York City, NY, Zach Fuller of Santa Fe, TN; a great grandson, Cooper Todd of Dacula, GA.
A graveside service was held at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Riggs Crossroads Cemetery, north of Chapel Hill.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 16, 2022 following the morning service at Farmington United Methodist Church.
