Lewisburg’s Joe Liggett poses seconds after recording his fifth lifetime hole in one on Sunday morning at the Buford Ellington Golf Course on the grounds of Henry Horton State Park.
Liggett aced the 172-yard, Par 3, 16th hole using a six-iron and was in a foursome with Scott Delk, T.J. Tipps, and Anthony S. Puca.
Liggett dedicated his hole in one to his recently deceased friend Russell Petty, who was laid to rest later that afternoon.
