Lions District Governor Phil Barnes (center) presents Belfast Lions Anna Childress (left) and Dianne Beech certificates recognizing distinguished achievements in fulfilling the mission of Lions Club International signed by International President Bob Corlew at the February 3-4 District 12-I Convention at Montgomery Bell State Park. Lions Clubs around the world are celebrating 100 years of service in 2017 and invite others interested in helping to make their communities a better place to join a Lions Club near them.
