According to Tennessee Highway Patrol, Joe Pete Moss, 65, of Chapel Hill, cursed Emergency Medical Services and attacked State Troopers trying to assist him.
Sunday, Feb. 11, Moss had pulled into a driveway on Lunn Store Rd., Chapel Hill, too close to the edge, causing his 1991 Ford Explorer to roll over.
