Reeves defeated former state representative Joe Carr in Marshall County, 606 votes to 401.
A total of 1,121 votes were cast in Marshall County, 6.69 percent of registered voters.
With 48 out of 58 precincts still outstanding in the five counties that make up the district, Reeves was leading with just under 65 percent of the vote.
Reeves will now face Democratic challenger Gayle Jordan in the March 13 general election.
