Harley Sisk took to the mat first for the Rockets and came away with a first-period pin over Hannah Curtis in the 106-pound weight class.

Harley Sisk took to the mat first for the Rockets and came away with a first-period pin over Hannah Curtis in the 106-pound weight class.
Dylan Pendley followed with a pin over Brandon Baumstein at 113 pounds to remain undefeated on the season and CJ Monce staked Forrest to an 18-0 lead when he took down Nicholas Damron in the 120-pound weight division.
Peyton Sisk beat Joel Singleton in a 14-5 major decision and Cooper McNair kept the shutout going with a pin over Rein Bozich in the 132-pound weight class, putting the Rockets up 28-0.
The Raiders finally got on the board when David Tate came away with a big 19-2 technical fall over Joseph "Cheese" Williams in the 138-pound weight class and Mitchell Simpson beat Clepper Watson, making the score 28-11.
Three straight
Forrest won three matches in a row as Ivan Wentzel beat Chase Pruitt (152), Jerry Jordan (160) pinned Ethan Garner, and William Eddins took down Jacob Rice in the 170-pound weight class to extend the Rockets' lead to 46-11 and put the match on ice.
Austin Payne pinned Forrest's Dylan Booker in the following match, but Billy Clanton continued his hot streak with a pin over Joshua Tobitt in the 195-pound weight class.
Nikolas McGuiggan won by forfeit before the match ended with Coffee County's Dustin Seals pinning Dillon Kydd.
Forrest hosted the Region 7 Duals last night in Chapel Hill and those results will be in next Wednesday's edition of the Tribune.
