In a domino effect, Marshall County senior quarterback Bryce Wallace is leaving Lewisburg and going to Giles County High School to be with his brother Bo, who was recently named the offensive coordinator of the Bobcats, replacing assistant Rip Flippo.
Bo Wallace won a Class 4A state title with Giles County in 2009 before going on to play at Ole Miss.
Bryce Wallace played in nine games as a freshman and all 14 contests in his sophomore and junior campaigns at MCHS.

Bryce Wallace played in nine games as a freshman and all 14 contests in his sophomore and junior campaigns at MCHS.
In those three seasons, Marshall County posted a 34-8 overall record and a 15-0 region mark that ended in three straight Class 4A semifinal losses.
Wallace threw for 4,877 yards (131.8 yards per game) with 50 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
He also rushed for 908 yards and 14 TDs.
At press time Wallace has not yet enrolled at Giles County and in order for him to be eligible to play his senior year with the Bobcats, the family would have to have to move into Giles County's school district.
“Still gathering the facts at this time,” was only comment Marshall County football coach Thomas Osteen stated in a text message asking for comment.
