About 50 children at Wee Care enjoyed a Patriotic Block Party on July 3. They paraded from their classrooms through the parking lot, waving American flags, and waved the flags again before entering the area which had been set up for their fun. Inside there was a water slide, a bounce house, sno cones, hot dogs, cookie decorating, and many other fun things to do. All of the Wee Care staff members, plus parents and volunteers, kept the day running smoothly, said Director Ann Brandon. Best of all, it was entirely paid for by donations.
