Addison Danielle Greene, four-week-old infant daughter of Michael Reece Greene and Brookland Miller, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, in Vanderbilt Medical Center.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Tammy J. Rhiner, and maternal grandfather, Billy Rhiner, both of Lewisburg; James Michael Cozart Jr. of Cornersville; paternal grandparents, Lisa C. and David Pruitt of Mooresville; paternal grandfather, Anthony R. Green of Lewisburg; maternal great-grandmother, Judy M. Miller of Lewisburg; paternal great-grandparents, Vanzy A. and Ronald Davis of Lewisburg; maternal great-grandmother, E. Earlene Corbin of Pulaski; maternal great-grandfather, James Michael Cozart Sr. of the Wheel Community; paternal great-grandparents, Phyllis and George E. Greene of Lewisburg.

She was preceded in death by a maternal great-grandfather, Kenneth M. Miller.

Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, Aug. 14, in Short Cemetery at Spring Place.

London Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
