Rebecca Holley Adcox, 90, of Lewisburg, TN, died Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Maury County Regional Health Center.

Rebecca was born Feb. 10, 1933, in Diana, TN, to the late Horace Holley and Thelma Clark Holley. She was a dispatcher for AT&T and Bellsouth Telephone Company for many years. She was an avid sports fan and up until her death - could tell you who played for what team and their record. She was a huge Alabama Crimson Tide football fan, but also loved watching the Lady Vols basketball games. In her younger years, she was an accomplished seamstress and often made and mended clothes for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 63 years, Harold Eugene Adcox, in 2014.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Mike) Reese; her son, Brent (Lori) Adcox; four grandchildren, Rebecca (Gordon) McKay, John Brent (Carley) Reese, Kade Adcox and Kale Adcox all of Lewisburg; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Brown of Murfressboro and Linda McClain of Columbia; two brothers, Dennis Holley of Lewisburg and Larry (Fay) Holley of Pulaski.

The funeral service was conducted Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, TN 37091, with burial following in Lone Oak Cemetery.

Visitation with the family was held at London Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, starting at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
