Beverly B. Little
Beverly B. Little passed away peacefully surrounded by dear friends at Village Manor Assisted Living, Lewisburg, TN at age 96 on June 20, 2022. She was born Oct. 31, 1925, in Des Moines, Iowa and was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Mary Banner, her beloved husband, Ed Little, her sister, Barbara Morris and nieces, Celia Fowler and Katherine Stewart. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and their families as well as many wonderful friends.
Beverly was a social worker at Lewisburg Community Hospital for over 25 years and continued to work at Elk Valley Home Health after her retirement as well as volunteering in community and church activities. She was a member of Lewisburg First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing bridge, going to shows at TPAC and was fortunate to have traveled all over the world.
Beverly generously donated her body to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Visitation will be held at Lewisburg First United Methodist Church on Thursday, June 30, 2022, from 11 a.m. to be followed by a Celebration of Life service starting at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church or to a charity of your choice.
