Bobby Gene Chapman, 74, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, in Maury Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Chapman was a native of Giles County, and he was the foster son of George and Nettie Rains Townsend. He was retired from International Comfort Products and was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his brother, J.T. Chapman.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Hickman Chapman of Lewisburg; son, Timmy Chapman of Lewisburg; foster sister, Brownie Brown of Cornersville; and two grandchildren, Brittany Chapman of Brentwood and Chris Chapman of Lewisburg.
Graveside services were conducted by Clay Derryberry on Saturday, Oct. 19, in Lone Oak Cemetery.
London Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
