Mr. Boyd Caldwell, 69, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Thursday, March 4, 2021. Boyd was born in Bedford Co. and was a son of the late James William Caldwell and Janie Margaret Chambliss Caldwell. He attended Community Ministries Church in Chapel Hill and was an avid motorcyclist who absolutely loved his Harley Davidson. Boyd was a life-long farmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Alvin Caldwell.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Tavye Caldwell of Chapel Hill; three daughters, Michelle Caldwell of Chapel Hill, Brea Laura Elizabeth (Kyle) Ledford of the Haskins Chapel community and Shannon Nichole (Terry) Worrell of Anderson, AL; two sons, Justin Boyd (Blair) Caldwell and Joseph Daniel Caldwell, both of Chapel Hill; six grandchildren, Lindsey Jo McCullough, Bailee Nichole Worrell, T.J. Worrell, Gage Boyd Caldwell, Aiden Boyd Caldwell and Carly Marie Caldwell; one great-grandchild, Braxton William Slone.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at Lawrence Funeral Home from 4pm – 8pm. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hopper Cemetery in Marshall County.
