Eva Louise Gillespie, 96, of Nashville, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, at Elmcroft assisted Living in Nashville.
She was a native of Maury County and the daughter of the late Lauriston Allen “Bob” Gillespie and Lillian Eva Gray Gillespie. She was a member of the Berlin Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Gillespie Brown, Virgina Gillespie Hunter and Ruth Gillespie Hastings; one brother, Lauriston Allen “Bud” Gillespie.
She is survived by one nephew, Chuck “Buddy” (Johanna) Brown of Raleigh, NC and two nieces, Peggy Brown (Bill) Johnson of Oklahoma City, OK and Linda Hunter Aymett of Nashville, and several great-nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was conducted Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Bethlehem Cemetery and burial followed.
London Funeral Home and Crematory was in charge of the arrangements.
