Freddy Joe Archer, born on Nov. 16, 1942, in Lewisburg, TN, passed away on April 24, 2023, in Albany, GA, at the age of 80.

Freddy was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Sanders Archer, his father, Fred Holt Archer, his brother, Harold Sanders Archer, and his stepmother, Anne Lois Johnson Archer.

Freddy is survived by his daughters, Shelia M. Archer and Christie Archer Mays and his son, Richard Archer, Sr. In addition to his children, he is survived by his granddaughter, Brittany Ann Sanchez and grandsons, Richard Archer, Jr., Nathan Archer, and Michael Taylor, as well as great-grandchildren Joselin, Oscar, and Mateo.

He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Head Springs Cemetery located in Belfast, TN.
