Glenda Sue Simmons Carnell, age 45, died on July 23, 2016 in Punta Gorda, Florida.
She is preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Timothy Simmons and father, Glen Simmons.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Carnell; her mother, Sue Ann Blankenship; step-father, Charlie Blankenship and two sons, Brandon Woodall and Dillion Carnell . One grandson, Lucas Carnell, also survives.
Memorial services will be held on September 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Berean Baptist Church, 1799 South Berlin Road, Lewisburg, Tennessee with James Kinslow officiating.
