Mr. Glenn Neatherly, 90, of the Pottsville community of Maury County, died Sunday, June 26, 2022, in Columbia, TN.

Glenn was born in Maury County and was a son of the late Felix and Blanche Shires Neatherly. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by sisters, Charlene Brown, Rozell Harris and Elaine Billington.

He served his country and was a veteran of the United States Army. Glenn was a retired personnel manager from Brown and Root Construction Company of Texas and a member of Old Lasea Church of Christ in Pottsville.

Mr. Neatherly is survived by his niece, Kay Elliott, Spring Hill, TN; nephews, Ronny (Peggy) Brown, Spring Hill, TN, Larry (Janie) Billington, Spring Hill, TN, Ricky (Mary Charles) Harris, Columbia, TN; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Shires Memorial Cemetery in the Pottsville community with Russell Wyatt officiating. Burial will follow in the Shires Memorial Cemetery.

Family members wish to thank Dawn Rowe and the staff of Poplar Estates Senior Living Community for their kind and compassionate care during Glenn’s stay.
