James Larry McAdams, 76, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at his residence.
He was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Leonard Clay and Clara Crowell McAdams. He was a retired mechanic for the City of Lewisburg. He was a member of the Belfast Methodist Church and the Lewisburg Elks Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John David McAdams and sister, Nancy Ann Turner.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Russell McAdams; daughter, Christie Lynn (Chris) Stephens of Fayetteville; one son, David Brian (Starlith) McAdams of Lee Summit, MO,; three grandchildren, Aaron Michael Stephens, Maggie Gracelynn Stephens, and Elijah Jackson Stephens; sister, Mary Louise Baber of Lewisburg.
Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at 2 p.m. in Head Springs Cemetery with burial to follow.
The family will be at the funeral home for visitation on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
