Jo Ann Gray Haislip, 61, of Lewisburg died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Haislip was a native of Scottsboro, Ala., and the daughter of the late Blakely Underwood and Sue Mae Campbell Crowell. She was retired from Marshall Medical Center housekeeping and she was a member of the Church of God in Gurley, Ala.
She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Gray (Jimmy) Stacey of Lewisburg; son, Jeffery Michael (Tara) Gray of Lewisburg; sister, Joyce (Julian) Bingham of Woodville, Ala; brother, Ricky (Louise) Crowell of Murfreesboro; and lifetime friend, Mark Haislip of Murfreesboro. Five grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Dec. 15, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Short Cemetery.
London Funeral Homewas in charge of the arrangements.
