Marjorie “Peggy” Brandon Rickard, born April 28, 1931, passed away Aug. 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert R. Rickard and daughter, Lisa Rickard. Marjorie is survived by one son, Brandon and one grandson, Ronald.
She received her B.S. Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and her master’s degree from Michigan State University. She taught school in Michigan, Tennessee, and Georgia for 25 years. Other than teaching, her main interests were writing poetry and acting in college and community theatres.
Those who choose to remember her will be welcome at 335 Forrest Street, Lewisburg, TN on Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, between 3 and 6 p.m. Masks are required.
