Michael Kevin Hood, 51, of the Spring Place Community, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at his residence.
Mr. Hood was a native of Williamson County, and son of the late Van Hood and Mary Catherine Deason Hayes of the Spring Place Community.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Vicki Dunnivant of the Spring Place Community.
Graveside services were conducted Thursday, Nov. 29, in Short Cemetery.
There was no visitation prior to the graveside service.
London Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
