Henry Albert Black, 55, of the Bodenham Community, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at St. Thomas Hospital. Mr. Black was a carpenter. He is survived by his daughter, Deshanda Pipkins Hockett of Pulaski; son, Terry Dewayne Whitaker; brothers, Frankie Ewing of Pulaski, James and Robert Black, both of Nashville, Walter and Terry Ewing, both of Lewisburg, Jimmy Ewing of Fayetteville, Will Ewing of Estill Springs, and Phillip Reed of Murfreesboro; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.. ...

Funeral services were conducted Monday, Dec. 21, from the chapel of the Rose of Sharon Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made toward Mr. Black's funeral expenses.
