Mary Christine Adams, 63, of Cornersville, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at her residence after losing her battle with cancer.
Mrs. Adams was a native of Marshall County. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a member of the LifeSong Family Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Dean and Mary Frances Webster Poole; brother, Larry Poole; daughter, Jessica Adams; granddaughter, Casey Adams; and niece, Dana Agent.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bernie "Tommy" Adams, and daughters, Kim (Tony) Burgess, Cindy Curry, and Stephanie (Eric) Wilson, all of Cornersville; sons, Timmy (Cindy) Adams of Lewisburg and Steve (Rachel) Adams of Cornersville; and siblings, Clifford (Eileen) Poole and Naleta (Jerry) Hurt, all of Cornersville; 11 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m Friday, Sept. 4, from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home, followed by burial in Short Cemetery.
The family will be at Cornersville Funeral Home Friday until the funeral hour for visitation.
