Robert (Bob) Louis Christoph, 75, of Lewisburg, TN, died Friday, June 23, 2023, at his home.

Bob was born Dec. 17, 1947, in Tempe, AZ, to the late Gustave and Anna Hatcher Christoph. He retired from the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer and worked as a Computer Network Administrator. He was a member of the Lewisburg Elks Lodge and of the Methodist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Richard Allan Christoph of Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Penelope (Penny) Lawlor Christoph of Lewisburg, TN; two sons, Curtis Carl Christoph of Colorado and Alexander Scott (Becka) Christoph of Colony, TX; stepchildren, Christopher (Tammy) Hill and Wendy (Ned) Poarch both of Lewisburg; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; sisters, Katherine Ann (John) Hawkins of Mt. Juliet, TN and Vivan Elizabeth (Lawrence) Shackelford of Smyrna, TN; brother, Garrott William (Paulette) Christoph of Durwood, MD.

Funeral service with military honors will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, TN 37221, with burial to follow.
