Robert Tyrone Hardin, 54, formerly of Lewisburg, passed on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at his residence in Hinesville, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jane Hardin; his grandparents, Dennis and Gladys Farris McClain, and Marvin and Lou Emma Hardin; and a great-aunt, Elaine Farris.
He is survived by his father, Robert Hardin Sr. of Lewisburg; children, Jessica Mayes, Kimberly Robinson, Ebony Hardin, and Kevin A. Hardin, all of Hinesville, Ga.; sisters, Valerie Miller, Phyllis Simpson, Sharon Hardin, and Bobbye Mayes; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation with the family will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at Greater First Baptist Church, Lewisburg.
The funeral service will be at the church at 1 p.m. with Rev. William H. Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Alsup Cemetery, Maury County.
J.B. Mayberry and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
