Ronald Adrian "Sandy" Wilson passed away Jan. 11, 2015, at his home in Canyon Lake, Calif.
He was born July 20, 1942, one of seven children, to Charles William Wilson and Stella Watson Wilson Steadman in Giles County. He graduated from Giles County High School in 1961. He then joined the Navy and served four years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wilson, and siblings, Gary Stephen Wilson and Charles Eugene Wilson.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Patti; two children, Rhonda Kiefer and Gary Wilson; two stepchildren, Brenda Quaintance and Rob Johnson; stepfather, Leroy Steadman of Cornersville; three brothers, Toby (Gaye) Wilson of Cornersville, Mike Wilson of Lewisburg, and Randy (Cindy) Wilson of Nashville; and one sister, Vicki Clay of Spring Hill. He had 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted Sunday, Jan. 18, in Beechwood Cemetery.
Cornersville Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
