Thomas Wayne Biggs Sr., 76, son of the late Rev. and Mrs. J. A. Biggs, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nev., of a heart attack.
He retired as a Commander in the Las Vegas Police Department. He was a graduate of Marshall County High School. Lewisburg was still dear to his heart, as he made visits there the last two weeks of his life.
Mr. Biggs is survived by his wife of 55 years, Connie Biggs; one daughter, Charlene, and one son, Tommy Biggs; and also nine brothers and sisters.
