Wilburn Carl Hambrick, 73, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, in Marshall Medical Center.
Mr. Hambrick was a native of Des Arc, Ark., and son of the late James Chester and Lillian Grace Lutton Hambrick. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years serving, during that time, in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Belfast Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Andy Hambrick.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Hambrick of Lewisburg; two sons, Floyd Hambrick of Defuniak Springs, Fla. and Tim Hambrick of Lewisburg; two daughters, Chrystal Meeks and Angela Martinez, both of Lewisburg; two brothers, James T. Hambrick and William Chester Hambrick, both of Des Arc, Ark.; sister, Elsie Dohm, also of Des Arc, Ark.; five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Aug. 17, in the Belfast Baptist Church.
Mr. Hambrick's body was cremated following the services.
London Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
