William Phillip McMillian, 81, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2020, at Maury Regional Hospital.

Phillips was born May 24, 1939, to the late James Wilburn and Lou Ella Porter in Lincoln County. He was an oiler/greaser with Inter-City Products during his working years. Phillip was in the US Army and attended the Petersburg United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by his brothers, Thomas, Raymond, Gene, Lee McMillian, and sisters, Francis Gibson and Ann Wright.

Survivors include his wife and mother of his children, Marie West McMillian; children, Tish (Timmy) Chilton, Ty and Travis McMillian; grandchildren, TJ (Amanda) Chilton, Todd Chilton, Tiffany (Max Burns) Chilton; step-grandchild, Steve Ballinger; and great-grandchildren, Ella, Marley, Lincoln, Lia, Grace Chilton, Regan and Baxsley Burns.

Visitation was Saturday, Aug. 8, 2020, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, TN. The funeral service was held Sunday, Aug. 9, 2020, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of London Funeral Home and burial followed at New Hope Cemetery in the Talley Community. Pallbearers were John Dunn, Kenny Dunn, TJ Chilton, Todd Chilton, Max Burns, and Matt West.

London Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with their arrangements.
